Refund Policy
We want you to love your Lunelvia ring. If it isn’t right, returns and exchanges are easy within 30 days of delivery.
30-day return window
You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase (your order number).
Size exchanges
If your ring doesn’t fit, we’ll exchange it for the correct size free of charge within the 30-day window. Read our Ring Size Guide before ordering.
How to start a return
- Email us with your order number and the reason for return.
- We’ll reply with return instructions.
- Ship the item back following those instructions.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the status. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days. Your bank may take additional time to post the refund.
Return shipping
For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping. If the item is defective, damaged, or we sent the wrong size or color, we cover the return and arrange a replacement or full refund.
Not eligible
- Requests made after 30 days of delivery
- Items that have been used, damaged, or returned without their original packaging
