Ring Size Guide
The right fit keeps your ring comfortable and your readings accurate. Find your size in about a minute — no special tools needed.
Method 1 — Use a ring you already own
- Choose a ring that fits the same finger comfortably.
- Measure the inside diameter across the widest point with a ruler (in millimeters).
- Match it to the chart below.
Method 2 — Measure your finger
- Wrap a thin strip of paper or string snugly around the base of your index or middle finger.
- Mark where it completes a full circle.
- Lay it flat and measure the length in millimeters — that is your circumference.

Tips for an accurate fit
- Measure at the end of the day when fingers are slightly larger — cold hands measure smaller.
- The ring should slide over the knuckle with a little effort but not feel loose.
- If you fall between two sizes, choose the larger one.
