Shipping Policy

We offer free international shipping on every order. Here is what to expect.

Processing time

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday), excluding weekends and holidays. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order leaves our facility.

Delivery times (estimated)

After dispatch, standard delivery typically takes 7–18 business days, depending on your country and customs processing. Deliveries may occasionally take longer during peak seasons, sales events or due to customs inspections.

Where we ship

We currently ship free to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand and across the European Union and much of Europe. If your country is not available at checkout, contact us and we will do our best to arrange delivery.

Customs & import duties

International orders may be subject to customs fees or import taxes set by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in your order total.

Shipping address

Please double-check your address at checkout. If you notice an error, email us as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, we may be unable to redirect it.

Missing or delayed packages

If your package has not arrived within the estimated window, reach out with your order number. We will investigate with the carrier and make it right. Please note that carriers do not consider a package lost until a reasonable delivery window has passed.
